1. I understand that intuitive Reiki sessions with Amanda Drago at Natural Being And Up Yoga are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. I acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare diagnosis or treatment.

 

2. I understand that Amanda Drago does not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, perform medical treatments, or interfere with care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

3. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider for any medical or wellness concerns.

 

4. I choose to participate in Reiki sessions voluntarily, and I accept full responsibility for my own health and well-being in connection with these sessions. I release Amanda Drago and Natural Being from any claims or liabilities that may arise from my participation.

 

Psychic, Mediumship & Blended Readings Informed Consent

 

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. I understand that Psychic and Mediumship Readings with Amanda Drago at Natural Being are intended for personal insight and spiritual guidance, and are offered for entertainment and supportive purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice from licensed professionals.

2. I understand that any choices I make or actions I take based on information received during a session are solely my own responsibility.

 

3. I voluntarily accept all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation in these sessions. I release Amanda Drago and Natural Being, as well as their heirs, successors, and representatives, from any and all claims or liabilities that may arise as a result of my participation.

Please note, all readings, scans, sessions, reiki, mentoring and reiki class deposits and payments are non-refundable. If Amanda Drago, cancels or reschedules and you are unable to reschedule, your deposit or payment upon request will be refunded in full.
